A search for women’s shoes is likely to yield tens of thousands of options. That’s where filters come in, says Kelly Mason, director of communications for Poshmark. If possible, start with a brand, such as Tory Burch, then drill down by category (women > shoes > flats) and even further by size, color and/or price. Alternatively, craft a detailed description. Instead of “women’s skirt” use “preppy women’s skirt, size 8, blue and black.” Or if you spot something you love in a store, but the size or price isn’t right, take a photo and use the Google Lens app to search online for matching items. Most of the results will be from resale sites.
